OHSC is an association of the K3 FKM UI department. HRD is one of the divisions within OHSC. In the HRD division, I am responsible for the maintenance and internal development of the OHSC members.Here, I am responsible for one jobdesc and one work program. The jobdesc is PEKA (Peduli Kamu). PEKA is a facility to determine the mental condition of OHSC members through filling out a monthly questionnaire. Follow-up is done based on the score on the questionnaire is to approach the member personally. I managed to lower the total score of all divisions every month with a steady decline.Meanwhile, the work program that I am responsible for is "K3 Open House". It is a work program of the HRD division which is carried out to welcome new K3 FKM UI students by explaining things related to K3 and OHSC. This work program has not yet been implemented.There is another jobdesc namely "Sahabat Bidang" (Sabang). Sabang is an activity carried out by each member of the HRD Division to become friends with OHSC members in the specified divisions. I am responsible for being the Sabang HSE division that has succeeded in making an approach to members of the HSE division whose PEKA scores exceed the limit. I also managed to carry out team building HSE division every month with a total of four games (from February to May).I also contribute to other HRD work programs:1. Rapat Kerja X OHS Family 1 (PIC of calculating the game score);2. Upgrading (as a master of the ceremony);3. Rapat Pleno (as time keeper);4.
