      General refugee camp manager. Teaching, supervising and coaching employees to keep and stay motivated, perform at their best (also after knowing they were losing their job), keeping sickleave-notice at low, teaching about working with boundaries, values, and how to make the best and perform the best at work while having fun. Due to high demand of refugee camp in Norway in 2015/2016 I was hired to build and set up a new camp from 1. July for refugees, loosing our contract with the goverment august, and having to shut down the refugee camp in december. Organizing all routines, planning, and administate housing, employees, activities, dates for arrivals and departures from the camp. Cooperation with local schools for kids and kindergarden, organizing school for adults, making sure the got into healthcare system, and doing their interview with the goverment. Organizing volunteers for activities. Due to low numbers of refugees let in in Norway in 2016 we lost our contract after only one month. Meaning having to let go of all personell, notify all recidents, houseowners, keeping all well motivated, keeping all activities at high when knowing we were put down. Rescaling and slowly building down the camp. Moving out all recidents. Show less

The camp was planned moving, from beeing centralized into desentalized camp. Unfortunally we were not able find new housing for our residents, and our department were forced to close down. I was responsible for managing safe and secure daily operations combined with closedown and moving of all recidents, and having to let go of all employees. I was responsible of informing and reporting to my superiors, the goverment and work with the local police, PST, and other cooperating partners for making sure all high risk was leveled medium or low risk.
