After closing my French Restaurant "Les Crêpes" few years ago, I kept the Catering side only. Making French Crêpes (Great Grand-Mother recipes) for Corporate or private Events.I master this specialty food and kept the authenticity to serve clients in search of something different and with a touch of "Je ne sais quoi" to add to any party.
