Seribu Tujuan takes a multidisciplinary approach to develop accessible, inclusive, and innovative mental health care. We started as a group of youths who were disheartened by how mental health is stigmatised, poorly treated, and neglected in Indonesia. Since 2018, we strive to implement culturally adjusted mental health interventions in Indonesia based on international standards. Areas of responsibility:• Act as a liaison between the Business Development team, the marketing team, and the product development team to ensure that the product offerings’ vision align with actual user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) design and technical capabilities. • Strategize for and manage research and development (R&D) activities, the product roadmap, as well as weekly cross–functional team collaboration towards the upcoming mobile app’s overall design and architecture. • Write and proofread copy for a variety of mediums — including the brand guidelines document, product descriptions, email campaigns, contents for the upcoming mobile app, and more. And by establishing barriers to competition/ a durable competitive advantage using the POCD (PEOPLE–OPPORTUNITY–CONTEXT–DEALS) Framework.• Collaborate with members of the Executive Leadership team to consistently monitor as well as improve productivity and morale all through the internal team. This is translated into regularly scheduled mental health check–ins, weekly meetings, ad hoc one–on–one meetings, Town Hall meetings, and team–building activities.• Spearhead ongoing research and development (R&D) activities for a scheduled company–wide rebrand, user interface (UI)/ user experience (UX) design, and mobile app development. • Exhibition Designer (interdisciplinary project–based Work Integrated Learning)
      • Sep 2022 - Nov 2022

For three months, the Australian National Maritime Museum tasked my team and I to collaboratively produce an innovative exhibition concept that's developed to the stage that it'd be ready to go into production for installation. The purpose of the 24/7 outdoor exhibition is to link the Museum's exhibition building and wharves at 2 Murray Street with its Wharf 7 Building at 58 Pirrama Road, as well as to create a maritime heritage precinct together with the National Migration Monument (formerly the ❝Welcome Wall❞). The exhibition is scheduled up to March 2025. This internship opportunity was facilitated by University of New South Wales (UNSW)’s CDEV3000/6000 Practice of Work course, which was an interdisciplinary project–based Work Integrated Learning (WIL) course aimed at developing students’ personal and professional competitive edge in interdisciplinary teams. Scope inclusions: Exhibition design, approved and edited interpretive text, all images with copyright clearances, stakeholder management, audience evaluation, and project management. • The FFWD program
      • Feb 2021 - May 2021

The FFWD program is developed by Haymarket HQ and is funded by the NSW Government, through Study NSW. The goal of the program is to support students as well as aspiring entrepreneurs to successfully build their startups in and outside of Australia, by giving them the tools and networks to do so. Through this program, my business partner and I successfully implemented the Lean Startup methodology on a fun, interactive fashion house/ virtual concept store that sold childrenswear with memorable themes of magical realism as well as nostalgic fairy tales. Its ultimate aim was to facilitate a unique, multi–sensory way of buying for the target market, and to make high–quality, ethically sourced, and sustainable childrenswear more accessible. Participated in this 3–day hackathon at Western Sydney University's Liverpool Campus. Consequently, my team (GymSym) and I won first place with our wayfinding solution for Liverpool Hospital and the Ingham Institute. The wayfinding was planned to utilise electronic, light fidelity–controlled equipment (i.e. navigational beacon, voice directions, touch–operated intuitive 3D maps, portable audio–tactile maps, etc.), and to be easily operated via a mobile app. Also, we worked with Unite IT Consulting after the hackathon to implement a prototype/trial solution to navigate gym equipment at Western Sydney University’s gyms (aimed to be used as an MVP), but failed to secure further funding.
