- Used computational and wet lab techniques to assess an infectious diseases' potential inhibitor compounds for the target enzyme. - Grew up colonies for target disease in DH5alpha cells to then express, purify, and characterize the bacterial cultures and do further work. Also used BL21 cells to verify the sequence of the plasmid. - Virtually used Genetic Optimization of Ligand Docking (GOLD) for virtual screening. - Used computational and wet lab techniques to assess an infectious diseases' potential inhibitor compounds for the target enzyme. - Grew up colonies for target disease in DH5alpha cells to then express, purify, and characterize the bacterial cultures and do further work.
