  Deaf Village Ireland’s vision is “to create an inclusive place/centre showing community life celebrating Deaf Culture”. There are 12 organisations, museum, church, café, swimming pool and sports facilities. The sports centre is for Deaf and Hearing participants.Deaf Village Ireland is a welcoming meeting place / environment for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, their families and friends. In Deaf Village Ireland there is a social hub for the Deaf community providing a range of social activities to enable Deafpeople to feel a sense of belonging. There are provisions of social, advisory, information and pastoral care services delivered by several organisations. Deaf Village Ireland is a positive learning environment for Hearing people to develop awareness, understand Deaf culture and sign language skills. We have Deaf Heritage centre promoting Deaf culture.
