  I’ve started a new career!!As most of you know I’ve been working as a negotiator in the Oil & Gas sector for the past 10 years. I’ve pushed aside my interest in the Real estate industry for the security of working at a big company while Brian and I started our family. After building my career over the past decade and surviving countless rounds of layoffs in that time, I think it safe to say I can’t use security as an excuse anymore! Anyone that knows me well, knows that I spend most of my free time on MLS or planning the next renovation project (to Brian’s dismay). Each of these renovations then turns into me looking for a new house where I can start from scratch. So, as of January 2021, I’m officially working full time as a licensed Realtor! I’m excited to start a career in something I’m interested and passionate about. Thrilled at the prospect of working with people on something as exciting as a home purchase and very happy to have a change in schedule that allows me to spend more time with my girls while building my own business.I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned in my negotiator career to help each client I work with while bringing that typical “Sylvia” level of excitement about house hunting, staging and home sales.I’ve started an instagram page (sylvia.c.realty) where I will be documenting this new journey, and I’m slowly working on building my website www.SylviacRealty.com.
