Sylvester is a true asset to any team he is a part of, and I highly recommend him for any role that requires strong leadership skills. As a Platoon Sergeant, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to inspire and drive his team to reach their full potential. He has a unique ability to connect with individuals and understand their strengths and weaknesses, which he leverages to create a positive and inclusive team environment. Sylvester's unwavering passion for his work and his commitment to his team make him a natural leader, and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in any role that he takes on.

Sylvester is an exceptional leader and motivational speaker. He is the definition of selfless service and servant leadership. Throughout his military career he has faced adversity head on but never once let that get in the way, when he speaks of resiliency it’s because he is a walking testimony! He lead troops throughout strategic operations in garrison and austere and hostile environments. Sylvester is a leader that is a standard bearer and leads by example. I’d be honored to work in any capacity with him, he is an asset to have on your team!

Almost two years have passed since I first met Sylvester. He contacted me to be a featured guest on the Kut2ThaChase Podcast, and that was how we first spoke. His appealing qualities were always apparent. I was unaware of his military service, writing career, or fatherhood at the time. Our initial talk made it seem as though we had been longtime friends from the start. I remember him telling me about his military service during our first meeting. He once said, if I recall correctly, that there are times in life when events beyond our control let us down. During these times, we are on the verge of giving up everything because we cannot see a way out. There are times when nobody is present to assist us in standing back up. We need to have faith that everything will be okay in these circumstances and that we will overcome them. No river is too deep, no mountain is too high, and we are all capable of greatness. There will be ups and downs in life, but if you keep trying, you will eventually succeed. To "raise above" refers to this. Well, my brother, your comments have motivated, uplifted, and inspired me through some trying times, and it is a pleasure for me to present you with this recommendation. It has been a pleasure to call you my friend and brother.
