Without a doubt, we strive to incorporate sustainability, cultural influence and traditional design elements into contemporary living, leisure and workspace. Research & Development is our forte and we and ensure that all our projects have Green Strategies complying with LEED, GRIHA, IGBC and GEM Rating systems – a small but sure step to change the world through form and details. PRAGNOM is currently providing green design intelligence to numerous projects throughout India. Our projects range from small lot boutique homes to sprawling private estates, urban villages to residential apartments, commercial spaces, farmhouses and educational buildings. We, as a firm, focus on lifestyle architecture rather than a formulaic price per square foot approach. We promote the exemplary use of timeless architectural design qualities such as scale and proportions, colour and texture, play of light and shadow, and most importantly, 'sustainability'. PRAGNOM creates a space that incubates ideas, and transforms concepts into unique designs.
