• To Maintain the accounts payable module, enter payments, adjust debit notes and allocations, prepare outstanding and aging schedules, prepare payments schedules, prepare the cheques/online transfers, and maintain the supplier files. • To Monitor the accuracy of all the invoices submitted by suppliers in the system. • To Maintain the general ledger, prepare the depreciation and monthly closing schedule, and complete the Trial Balance. • To maintain the petty cash, perform day-to-day banking, and to keep the cheques and cash safe under custody. • To Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting to management. • Proficient with ERP systems. • To Support in preparation of VAT returns on quarterly basis. • Liaise with the external auditors in the annual audits. •Reconcile Bank Statements •Assist in preparing month end Financial Performance Report.
