• Design custom skid-based chiller systems for a wide variety of applications and scenarios such as food and beverage storage, production cooling, mining, and fisheries, with each application having unique requirements. • Manage the refrigeration projects from the beginning to the end. • Responsible for sizing and selecting major equipment including compressors, condensers, and evaporators, as well as all required valves, fittings, and BOM. • Design chiller assembly on SolidWorks using plugins such as piping (pipe routing), weldments, sheet metals, EPDM Vault, etc. within required constraints. • Design Piping and Instrumentation System (P&ID) on SMAP 3D. • Work closely with Sales Engineers to review the design requirements to accurately provide the best chiller system for each client. • Oversee the manufacturing process to assist fabrication teams in troubleshooting and ensuring the final product is completed as designed. • Operate the Gerber kit cutting machine via NC file to cut the carbon fibres into different shapes which are required for lamination. • Laminate layers of carbon fibers on the Ford Mustang part. • Select carbon fibre pieces (to be laminated on Ford Mustang) for tests that comes out of the Gerber kit cutting machine in production process and tests for variety of qualities such as geometric dimensions, performance and characteristics. • Interprets engineering drawings using geometric dimensioning in diagrams and confers with engineering team to determine quality and reliability. • Suggest and develop process improvement ideas to increase quality of parts and reduced waste • Keep track on Calibration and functioning of Gerber kit cutting machine. • Bond and fasten spoiler with MTG mount assembly of GT cars/ Ford Mustang using adhesive and bolts. • Sand blast the surface of the assembly parts which are later bonded by the adhesive and bolts.
