  a. Monitoring and Evaluation: Observe and evaluate Access teachers. Support Teachers for effective course delivery in the classrooms, including team building, observations, feedback, lesson planning and material development. b. Developing Supplementary Material: Develop supplementary materials, design Audio-Visual lessons for Access Classrooms. Also design various supplementary materials for teaching pertaining to integration of ELT skills, vocabulary and other enhancement activities like community service, online projects and study tours. c. Assessment: Design baseline and periodic tests in every module. Assist Access teachers for filling out formative assessment of every student individually, so as to monitor the students’ growth. Develop the indicators for students for formative Assessment. d. Conduct Workshops: Conduct periodic workshops module wise. Moreover I also provide support to ELT teachers and coordinators in person for various aspects of the classroom teaching and other program related activities. e. Reports: Compose and compiled daily, monthly and quarterly reports of Access program. In which qualitative and quantitative data is collected, analyzed and discussed. f. Event Management: Manage and organize all events as per the requirement of the program; including: Access Teacher Training, Celebration of UN / International Days / US Holidays, Ceremonies, Enhancement Activities, Field Trips, Workshops, Community Service Projects, Access Alumni Network Activities.
