  Projects worked upon: • Gaur City 7th Avenue, Greater Noida West 7th Avenue is part of 237 acres township Gaur City development which is planned in cluster of towers. Each cluster is planned with its own green court and form a series of courts which connect to the central landscaped community greens. The housing project consists of 2 basements and 11 towers with a club. Responsibilities My responsibility was to prepare working plans, elevations and sections, finishes drawing for the club block. • Multi-Level Parking near GC-7, Greater Noida West This is also a part of the same township Gaur City and has to serve shopping mall, office buildings, hotel, city plaza and restaurants. Responsibilities My responsibility was to prepare working plans, elevations, sections and ramp details. • Gaur 2nd Park View Villas, Guar Yamuna City It is a part of 240 acres township project Gaur Yamuna City opposite Formula One (F1) track. Complete city and would have all life amenities like schools, parks, stadium, shops, schools and hospitals etc. Responsibilities I worked on unit plans and elevations of four different types of villas.   Projects Worked Upon: • Raj Bhavan (Governor’s House), Aizawl, Mizoram An official residence of the Governor of Mizoram Responsibilities My responsibility was to prepare working plans, elevations, sections, and coordinating with structure and services consultant and review of shop drawings. • J W Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & SPA, Mussoorie : A five star resort situated in the breathtaking hill station of Mussoorie Responsibilities Worked on the design stage of Grill Bar area and bar counter ceiling, designed the seating layout for the Grill Bar and lighting design scheme. Drafted the working drawings, coordinated with client, lighting consultant and our interior consultant (PIA interior company limited). • Interior Design Projects: 1224, DLF Magnolias, Gurgaon - J – 001, Park View Spa Next, Gurgaon. Project Overview The above mentioned projects are high end interior designing assignments installed with home automation systems such as CCTV surveillance, Video Door Phone (VDP), Glass break alarms, Magnetic door contact alarm, Wi-Fi, intercom services and centralized air conditioning system. Responsibilities To produce preliminary sketch design for interior layout of the rooms and design the false ceiling in a manner to offer the perfect ambiance to the space and at the same time it should be hiding all the services and wires. Get ready all the mock-ups and color schemes with materials for client meetings. Besides drafting the working drawings and electrical layouts I had visited the site on daily basis and report it to our principal architect.   Projects Worked Upon: • Delhi One (Mixed Land Use), Noida Expanding in approximately 12 acres, Delhi One will be a major urban destination, with a range of cultural, exhibition and performance offerings. Its mix of hotels, serviced apartments, offices and shops is designed to maintain a dynamic and animated public realm throughout the day and night. it consists of Retail area up to 2 floors, above which 3 residential tower, 4 office building and two 4 star hotels. Responsibilities : My responsibility was to work on three levels of basements, drafting slab profile, brickwork, skin sections, as discussed with team leader and coordinating with services and structure consultants. Besides drafting I have to visit site and prepare a site report with the help of photographs. Achievements: Got opportunity to be a part of conference call with our principal architect Woods Baggot, Canada and have learnt the Diaphragm wall construction technique and its utility with the site.
