  Job description: • Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all process. • Check fabrication and reinforcement for daily casting to make sure that the element are according to shop drawings. • Interact with Supervisors and foreman to have deficiencies corrected before producing products. • Ensure the quality of concrete, by checking its compaction, workability, segregation and bleeding during the casting of elements to get designed strength. • Ensure achievement of the Quality requirements being offered for inspection meets the client’s requirements. • Promote achievement of the quality policy and objectives. • Monitoring Non-Conformance Reports [NCR] and assisting Project team for close-out with Consultants. • Ensure that all the Consultants/ Contractors QA/QC activities are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the contract. • Prepare all kinds of related reports for information and Quality records. • Ensure that all records are maintained, up-to-date, traceable and retrievable.
