Brief of Company: STC Channels is a fully owned subsidiary of STC and is the operational arm of STC in KSA. It’s the largest Distributor in the whole Middle East with over 4,000 Employees and over 50,000 point of sales.Key Responsibilities • Communication with the sales and supply team to allocate Sim cards and electronic devices • Checking and confirming the stock and generate the purchase order with delivery note. • Following up the shipments till delivered to the client/Retail outlets within a specific period of time. • Processing the invoices for the shipments at the end of every month charged by the transportation Carrier and to reconcile the charges with the actual once to vary from Erp. • Inventory of stock on Monthly basis to keep the data base up to date. • Follow up confirmation with further process of the required goods • Monthly inventory of all item’s available in the warehouse. • Tracking all the shipments going to several regions in KSA via an Excel tracker and though various Company software's. • Coordination with FedEx to ensure all our shipments are delivered on time without any issues • To follow up Recalls from the outlets and to gain the proper documents and information Via ERP • To manage service center shipments in/out and retails center to keep up stock stability as well. • To Report KPI of delivery reliability on daily basis as well. • Providing assistance to the remote area store in order to receive shipments though Store inventory management system's (SIM) • Participant of Haj Project organized by STC with the below responsibility. • Receiving sales stock to be sold during the Haj project distribution of the stock among the supervisor and the salesman's and to make sure the planned stock is accurate as the forecast. Once the project is over receiving of all the stock back to the Warehouse and to reconcile with the given stock.
