 Erection & Commissioning of 12 MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant at Askari Cement Ltd. Nizampur (AVIC Chinese Project).  Leading and managing a team of 9, including 2 Engineers & 7 technical staff for elimination of repetitive failures & improvement of reliability & capacity of electrical equipment and support systems for 132/6.3 kV/0.4kV Substations & Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant.  Reporting to field manager, attending official meetings with top management, shaping strategic directions, controlling budget, planning. Responsible for preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance supervision at plant and its record as well.  Fulfillment of all safety standards to ensure human and equipment safety.  Responsible for maintaining critical inventory and spares for trouble free operation of plant.  Handling & executing end-to-end management of short & long term engineering projects, including pre-feasibility studies, engineering design and safety reviews, finalization of drawings, execution, pre and post testing / inspection of machines and equipment. Controlling inventory management of electrical & Instruments related project; planning and scheduling, Generating/processing work order through module of ERP system.  Operational In charge of 6.3kV MV & 0.4kV LV substations, Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant (12 MW) & control panels, VFD’s, Soft Starters, Switchgear & emergency Generator etc.  Leading and contributing to Plant Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) & Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes involving or related to electrical equipment and related systems to ensure corrective actions, repairs, and modifications & in time execution. LV & MV maintenance, supervision & record & responsible to provide smooth power supply to all equipment through LV station.  Installation of various instruments as per P&ID’s at TG building AQC & SP boilers.  Installation, testing & commissioning of Field Instruments including thermocouple, RTD, pressure & temperature gauges,
magnetic float level gauge, material hopper level switch and rotation detector.
 Outsource and witness testing & commissioning of Siemens protection Relay 7UM62, 7VE61 and 7SD61.
 Responsible for troubleshooting of various electrical equipment & instruments for trouble-free operation.
 Responsible for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & its report preparing during any critical fault.
 Worked on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & SAP
 Manages plans and provides inputs for CAPEX & OPEX budget preparations for the financial year for smooth operation of plant..
 Purchase of spares & critical spare parts through coordination with procurement department for smooth operation of plant.
