1. Play a key role in developing, implementing and documenting manufacturing processes of new products 2. Study and develop new RFQ, NRE and labor cost for new project 3. Conduct feasibility study of engineering approach and provide costing calculation based on company actual capability 4. Coordinate and monitor a project, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion 5. Initiate, plan, execution and review customer’s package (Drawing, BOM, Gerber file and Specifications) 6. Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure new project are in schedule and on track 7. Arrange manpower, machine, material and method for new project until mass production (4M method) 8. Assign tasks and responsibilities to members of the team including junior engineer and technician.
