Strong ability to analyze and interpret the controlling loops and make modifications as per the changing requirements. • Worked on all kinds of sensor RTD's like PT-100, thermocouples, oil mist detectors, speed sensor (Inductive/ Magnetic pickups), vibration detectors, overspeed protection device, level sensors, pressure switches, temperature switches, differential pressure switches, temperature and pressure transmitters, Solenoid operated valve, motor operated valve. • Checked the over-speed safeties of Wartsila 18V38 Diesel Engine and MAN turbochargers by injecting frequency using FLUKE 754 Process Calibrator. • Have worked on the Woodward 721 digital controller fuel governor used in Wartsila engines with sound knowledge of its speed regulations with the help of Inverters. • Worked on different type of switchgears, (breakers, contactors, overload switch, timer relay, 24V DC relay, 110V DC relay, 220 VAC relay (Brand: Finder) • Troubleshoot the fault related to the LV motor installed in the facility, performed IR test, winding resistance test, in case if a motor trips on overload/fail to start, also checked the power supply loop with the help of control & power diagrams. • Troubleshoot the fault related to MV and HV switchgears. • Review the DGA report of the 58.6 MVA Power transformer in order to analyze the health of transformer. • Worked on Cost optimization by Performing inhouse maintenance and overhauling of the faulty spares. • Give Technical Training for the development of staff to achieve their maximum potential to meet business objectives. • Prepare Preventive maintenance plan to ensure the availability of electrical equipment’s.
