  Responsibilities are following.● Receive material by checking delivery note and packing list.● Arrange to offload material in lay down area according to preplanned area for various units and modules.● Keeps the material by placing proper wood packing so that to avoid soil contact to material and metal to metal contact of material.● During material offloading check material unit number, module number, received quantity and physical check for Over Short and Defective or Damaged material (OSD Material).● Delivery note and packing list is signed after all above type of material checking.● In case of OSD material same File the Mis-Shipment and simultaneously follow up is done with Manufacturing Plant to correct it.● Goods Receipt are done as per Received material documents in SAP. ● Control minimum and maximum level of material by physical and graphical study to find out Re Order Level (ROL) of material● Conducting Inventory Planning Meeting with PSLs every month.
