We aim to take the highly nutritious delicacy, the Kashmiri Rainbow Trout, to larger markets in order to support and upskill small aquaculture farmers of Kashmir. At ZARIN, we leverage our nearness to the fish farmers of Kashmir and get our fish from the closest point of the catch. Keeping the taste and quality of the fish in mind, we source fish directly from our partnered farmers and ensure that the fish's freshness and taste are never compromised. We understand that fish is delicate and can easily get spoiled, so to avoid this, we pack all the fish in ice and deliver it to you within hours of the catch.
