Liaise with suppliers where necessary. • Create sample request forms for domestic samples and/or create shipping documents for overseas samples via DHL Express • Check and ensure labelling standards, care labels, barcodes and packaging on production samples are correct. • Receipt and invoice inventory in company ERP system for Aust & NZ. • Generate claims reports by supplier for all faulty products. Follow up claims and credits with suppliers and Accounts Department • Document control – electronic filling in company shared drives and creating manufacturing packs for each new purchase order • Maintain the company’s sample library.
