Dear Baqar Bhai, I have been collecting the words to say you Good Bye since we embraced for the last time outside the Burraq premises, on a clod night, few days back. It seems likes a film by recalling the memory prints of the long time we had been passing together in the same burraq premises since I joined the BTL in the same week of November, last year. Primarily I would never forget the series of nights we both spent together on the same desk on which you shared your valuable experience and knowledge with me. Today I have to acknowledge that it was you who taught me the ABCs of telecoms switching and mainly the Soft Switch. Your straightforwardness and realistic approach was no doubt should be appreciated. After your departure, your team members remember you as the person who had bravely fought for them. It would be injustice for not appreciating your leader ship style. Taking the initiatives by himself and scarifying by putting your self in the duties when there raised a need of adjustment or roaster conflicts. In your management style I have been observing the reflection of one of the best management philosophies being a unique blend of sincerity and authority. The vacuum, your departure has produced,will be remain as it is and it would be enough for us to keep you remembering always.
