Re: Letter of Recommendation for Syed Abbas To Whom It May Concern, I had the opportunity to work with Syed as his administrative assistant internship supervisor during the Spring 2022 semester. He was diligent, conscientious, and easy to work with. The work he produced was accurate as he paid attention to detail. I seldom needed to correct his work, including his spelling or grammar in written documents. He always took initiative to inquire about additional tasks to complete. Syed often provided ideas and suggestions on ways of approaching various tasks. Syed contributed to the instructional, organizational, and promotional processes in the Office Technology (OT) Department. He demonstrated his diligence by completing the tedious task of retyping four CMSY-127 Microsoft Outlook Skills Assessment exams so that students could easily follow the exam instructions without confusion. Syed created an informational poster to promote the OT Department and its various course offerings. He completed an important task of creating materials for the OT Graduation Celebration event that took place in June 2022, including the certificates and posters. He also ordered supplies for the department in which he researched and selected cost-effective items. I highly recommend Syed in his pursuit of future career opportunities. He will undoubtedly be an asset to any organization. I would be glad to share additional information upon your request. Sincerely, Stephanie Quintero Assistant Professor, Office Technology Howard Community College, Columbia, Maryland Duncan Hall, Room 301, 443-518-4876 Office: Duncan Hall, Room 246, 443-518-3426 squintero@howardcc.edu
