Sydney is an incredible person to work with. Over the course of our undergraduate careers, I have gotten to know her both personally and professionally. Her ability to take the lead on a variety of projects and groups of people, is unlike anything I have seen before. The way she plans events in an organized and efficient manner is incredibly beneficial to the work place and her colleagues. Her presence commands a room and she is extremely well spoken. She has never cracked under pressure - instead, she completes all tasks assigned to her in a calm and collected manner. Overall, Sydney would be a great asset to any team and I would recommend her to any future endeavor she wishes to pursue.

I highly recommend Sydney Mack as a candidate for employment. As McMaster University's Manager, Energy Management and Sustainability, I supervised Sydney during her employment in the 2015-16 period. Her achievements included: - developing McMaster University's 2015 Annual Sustainability Report - researching and delivering innovative community based social initiatives to support McMaster's Energy Management and Sustainability leadership - McMaster Energy Management and Sustainability program's social media and communications outreach enhancement - Supporting outreach events and displays such as developing McMaster Sustainability Water bottle giveaways Sydney consistently exceeded performance expectations through her intelligence, ability to learn / work independently, persistence, team work and punctuality. Given the circumstances, I would re-hire her.
