In my role, I mainly focused on writing or editing Bupa Hong Kong’s external English language communications. This included e-newsletters for customers, product brochures, letters and more, as well as website copy and promotional online offers. In addition to correcting grammar or other errors, I ensured that our materials were consistently customer-centric and in line with Bupa’s prescribed tone of voice. As one of the company’s Brand Guardians through end 2020, I reviewed internal and external communications for compliance with corporate brand guidelines for both language and design elements. I also performed regular brand audits to assure quality control and provide relevant feedback across different departments when necessary. Show less

I co-taught English lessons for Primary 5 and 6 students at St. Paul's Co-Educational Primary School. I also helped with English activities during recess and after school, including the English newsletter. For eight weeks, I taught a Saturday enrichment course to Primary 5 and 6 students at Fresh Fish Traders' School. Together they wrote content for a fun newspaper.
