Sydney was responsible for planning Delta Zeta's annual sisterhood retreat this past year. I was able to witness first hand her grace in handling unexpected complications. She arranged sleeping accommodations, meals, and activities for 155 members while dealing with double-booked rooms and understaffed employees. During the two day retreat Sydney remained calm and composed while interacting with professionals from both the hotel and restaurant. This was one of the most enjoyable events I have ever attended and after seeing a bit of what went on behind the scenes, I could not be more impressed.
