I monitor employees to ensure they are providing proper service to our guests and that they are following the correct guidelines our Marina enforces. We are in charge of a large firework show presented each year, which I aid in set-up and shut-down along with continuing to tend to guests and aid our kitchen and restaurant staff in whatever means necessary.
