She is motivated to help patients in the optical, assist for the doctors and check-in patients efficiently and effectively. Sydney is a very enthusiastic person; this trait carries over to her hard work and eagerness to learn. When she makes a mistake, she can assess the situation and learn from her mistake without taking offense to the feedback.
