Through this role, I was responsible for the direct supervision of up to 6-8 poll workers at a single precinct, with direct reporting to the Chief Election Officer for Barbour County. I coordinated with the organization hosting the polling location; handled voter complaints and assisted voters with process difficulties; and acted to maintain election integrity, reporting precinct votes accurately and timely.
