  I accurately collect data for the research program by conducting participant visits, which entails taking and recording physical measurements, performing a blood draw, and a urine sample collection. I process the samples and help to finalize them at the end of the day to get them ready for the courier. I help to train and onboard new research staff members. I engage with participants in person and over the phone, and I know how important it is to maintain confidentiality, especially when dealing with PPI. I call and email with new potential research participants and make sure I'm treating them with respect and dignity. I also schedule participants for visits and document any contact I've had with them. Show less
