  Assigned as Quality Engineer for Airbus A320 airplane package. It is involve wing part of the airplane which is Trailing Edge, Leading Edge and Aileron components. Responsible in controlling the overall quality of the end product. Overall quality of end product means every single Standard of Operation (SOP) must be followed and achieved the demand specification. The crucial roles for this ppsition is to leading the whole team if any emergency problem happend. As a chairman of the meeting, good communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving is very important to lead the team in order to find out the root cause of the problem and also the containment/prevention/correction action. To ensure the problem can be solve and will not repeated. Addition, i also responsible to verify whether the action taken is based on the decision agreed on the meeting or not. Plus, i will follow each update for every problem until the case is closed. Last but not list, I also involve in improvement project, which is intended to cost reduction.
