Currently acted as Placement & Career Services Officer in Alterra Academy, a tech accelerator/coding bootcamp/tech incubator that aims to generate high quality tech talents that are well-equipped with both technical skills and soft skills. Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Job Placement Activities to Help Graduates of ALTA Program Get Placement at Decent Company - Assess the suitability of the graduates with available vacancies from Hiring Partners, non-Hiring Partners, or potential Hiring Partners; - Be a consultant for the Graduates and escort them throughout the hiring process; - Ensure positive experience with the Placement & Career Services team for the Graduates throughout the program until hired. - Support Career Services & Job Placement unit leader with any initiatives to ensure the success of the job placement process for ALTA graduates 2. Maintaining and Building Relationships with Relevant Stakeholders and Ensuring Successful Job Placement Process of ALTA Alumni - Maintain existing and build new relationships with PIC from Hiring Partners and non-Hiring Partners, especially that of well-known companies included in the Unicorn/Centaur/Top Brand category; - Maintain communication with ACP & Immersive participants and graduates. 3. Support Initiatives Related to Selection, Recruitment, and Job Placement to Support the Success of ALTA Product & Services - Conduct CV screening for Talent Hunting Purpose or other ALTA projects - Conduct interview screening for Talent Hunting purposes or other ALTA projects - Create initiatives to help achieving the target of Placement Team 4. Administrative Support - Oversee Placement Dashboard and proactively contact graduates shall there be a problem; - Coordinate with placement team in gathering vacancies for possible placement from ALTA graduates; - Gather satisfaction surveys from ALTA Graduates for team improvements; - Collect feedback from the graduates' supervisor during the graduates' probation period.
