Shawn joined our Product and Design team at a time when we were still trying to build capability. We’d filled gaps in UX and Product, and were trying to layer in some overlap on both the UX and the Design capabilities of the team; Shawn was a great fit for this, bringing his passion for UX and his skills in design to the role from the outset. His willingness to learn and take on new challenges has been particularly evident in the last year, as we had to straddle multiple team absences and departures, which culminated in Shawn being the only member of the UX/Design team available.
