I worked with Swapnil very closely twice, once before his ISB MBA, wherein he was engineer on most high profile project and later again when he was heading product line for India. I ensured we work together again once he completes his MBA. He is very bright young leader with great sales skills and best commercial acumen. He is enterprising and has been asset to organisation. Swapnil has a potential to own a large business of his own or he will be CEO of an reputed organisation in future.

I managed Swapnil directly in Baker Hughes. The one thing that struck about him was that Swapnil thinks outside of box and questions status quo. He comes up with innovative ideas in a way like an entrepreneur. For example, when Swapnil was assigned the Vessel Conversion project, which in means was a very tough one to implement, he did it and in time! He has always shown willing to attract more responsibility. For example, Swapnil became the defacto project manager for an Integrated Project which Baker Hughes won in 2015. Swapnil will be an asset to any organization.
