Swati as a team member to me defines a perfect mix of what anyone would like to have on their team. She is focused, solution oriented, extremely sharp with data and an easy person to work with. The nearly four year that she has worked with me I have seen her grow from strength to strength. While here, she managed grants to over 50 NGOs and additionally helped the organisation undertake research and document learning's from the many years of our working. I wish her all the best and would be more than happy to work with her again.

Swati is a Gem which every organisation would love to have. She has worked with me directly and also handled important projects. she is sharp, quick learner, read minds, plans well, go getter and many more. In nut shell she has skills to scale heights! Would be delighted to work again if the location match!

I was associated with several programs related to Malnourishment, decentralized rural electrification, child education, entrepreneurship development of the rural/tribal population, conducting awareness and capacity building programs through community mobilization. The key projects handled and implemented were: 1. The main role was to outline objectives, plan the execution, manage operations, and reporting of this program. 2. LABL (LIGHTING A BILLION LIVES) From 2013 to 2017, implemented and commissioned TERI’s flagship program LaBL (http://labl.teriin.org/) in the state of Maharashtra. I managed the project coordination and implementation and under the program approx. 3000 solar lanterns had been distributed, benefitting more than 10,000 households in 50 non-electrified villages. 3. Developed a Biodiversity plan for Sindhudurg district and provided Entry Point Activities (EPA) for agriculture and allied sectors. (UNDP and Mangrove Cell, Government of Maharashtra funded project) Conducted extensive surveys related to agriculture, tourism, livelihood options, energy, and so on in almost 134 villages in Sindhudurg district and helped in preparing a “Biodiversity Action Plan” for the region and proposed key Entry Point Activities (EPA) for new and sustainable livelihood options. 4.
