I worked here as an consultant for a brief period, and work majorly involved handling and coordinating their project related to 'Elimination of Violence against Women' which use to involve mobilization and advocacy around various laws and stereotypes prevalent in our society. Since the organization is also an 'Service Provider', we use to hold Nari Adalats (Weekly Women Court) runned by Nyaya Sakhis (Freinds of Court) who would sit and listen to every women, child, family dealing with some or the other of violence or problem. This was an alternate to common justice system. Show less
