I had the immense pleasure of working with Swati for nearly three years. Swati is a community development expert whose drive and passion for her work is contagious. I've learned a tremendous amount from Swati, she's been instrumental to my understanding of community development and creating private-public partnerships with real impact. A true believer in the cause of building up youth and communities, Swati was always available to go above and beyond, by providing expert advice or revising highly important strategic material for a project. Any foundation, government body or private sector company would do well to consider Swati for senior level positions that demand aligning numerous stakeholders and interests around common projects and impact desired results. Swati is tremendously organized, diplomatic and a real leader that can overcome challenges to effect positive change.
