  ISLI works with School Principals as the anchor in driving for better student outcomes through their two year Fellowship program. I, as a City Program Manager in ISLI worked with 8 Budget Private schools and 10 Government School leaders as their coach. I conducted sessions during the workshops to deliver content around Leadership, Lesson Planning, Creation and monitoring of goals, Creating a vision etc. These workshops were followed by 1:1 school visits with the Principals to customize and help them implement the practices in their schools based on their school needs.   I worked with around 121 students over two Teach for India classrooms in a Budget private school in Shivaji Nagar, Govandi. While teaching them English, Social Sciences and Science through grades 9 and 10, I also worked with them to help identify their interests for their future goals and help them develop inter personal, leadership and life skills. Every student of mine that passed, enrolled into college in the field that they chose.
