Swati is a self-motivated innovative researcher. I have known her since 2014 .This was the beginning of her research career when Late Prof. Saxena personally recommended her to me. We embarked upon investigating the Characteristics of Liquid Crystals and Nano particles-Thermal behavior of Nano Cellulose doped Polymer dispersed Liquid Crystals [PDLCs[ . From here, we went on to study the Spectroscopy of PDLCs doped Nano Cellulose to further investigate 'The uneven absorption observed in UV-Vis study of PDLC mixed with Fe2O3 Np' in different percentages and landed up a few publications and presentations which drew applauds. Swati has been quite enthusiastic and always eager to learn new skills. She has been very meticulous in doing not only the activity allotted but has been proactive in going a step ahead to complete the tasks allotted. All in all, she has an aptitude for hard work and inquisitiveness. Her craving for learning is an asset leading to her various achievements. I wish her well in all her future endeavors.
