When I first met Swati, it became clear she had so much more to give and aspired to make it happen. Simply put,Swati is one of a kind! Having had the opportunity to lead many product managers, Swati embodies exactly what you want in a product leaders, a solid engineer with business acumen and passion for customer success. She knows that a good idea is only as good as the customer needing it to solve challenges and parting with money to make it happen. More so, she can work with designers, engineers and internal teams with ease as she translates customer requirements into user stories and business goals. Because of that, Swati had the ability to deliver what others could not before and I would hire her again without thought. As she moves up to lead other product managers, they would be lucky to learn from her!!!

Swati and I worked together at Mimecast to bring a new product from inception to market. One of the keys to that successful journey was Swati's continual desire to successfully navigate the requirements of a number of key stakeholders in order to define a compelling product. She worked very effectively with the engineering team on translating that product vision into working software. Swati is highly intelligent, capable and a pleasure to work with.
