  Job Description: Involved in full cycle Recruitment . • Work closely with Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.(Description, salary, expectations, etc) • Handling Agency requirements independently finalizing the rates, submitting the candidate’s profile. • Perform all recruiting functions needed to fill clients open job positions. • Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
