Watching Swatej grow into an amazing engineer has been a highlight of my career. In fact, I feel he helped me grow as a leader much more than I helped him grow as an engineer. Swatej is a man of many talents who is highly capable in all that he does. For me though, his loyalty stands out and I consider him a friend - even though I did put him through the ringer a-time-or-two. At the end of the day, Swatej is driven to push through any barrier in his way and learn from it while he's at it. Keep it up Swatej. Keep pushing because there are no limits to where you (and your hair 😉) can go. You got this!!
