  doing administrative work ,looking after accounts and human resources side,updating of revenue analysis records manually and computerized also processing of LPO ,making payment voucher,updating of stock tally sheet,disturbing of stores based on requisition vouchers and ordering of stores for general hospital use,collecting of payments made for any kind of medical payments.For the HR side i keep track of all personal files of all employees based at Rewa Subdivision which includes seven stations (7).All files are updated weekly basis,preparing of staffs absenteeism returns and late arrivals.Also preparing of monthly vehicle returns,looking after fleet service request and organizing the runs for the day.Ensuring of proper work hygiene is practice during work hours and OHS rules to be compliance at all times.
