  Worked in Abbey West Services Pvt Ltd as Operation Manager Rural Housing(ORMAS) from November 6th 2019 to September 14th 2020. My responsibility at Abbey West services was to handle the overall operations of the training program conducted at Sonepur and Keounjhar district.   Worked with Pipal Tree Ventures Pvt Ltd in DDU-GKY(ORMAS) Project of Odisha as State Head/Operation Manager from May 26th 2014 to November 4th 2019. Being the Operation Manager/State Head at Pipal Tree Ventures Pvt Ltd which is a Mumbai based construction company my responsibility was to handle the overall operations, Administration and HR related work. I was monitoring a team of 62 staffs who were working in different centers across Odisha in different branches located in Balangir, Kalahandi, Jajpur, Koraput and Rayagada. I was monitoring all the training of the candidates and the staffs in each of the centers. Visiting the centers and the district Administrative office for verification of the ongoing training in the centers. Coordinating with district level DRDA office for reports and feedback of the centers. managing all the meeting held at the state and district level. Coordinating with state team ormas for release of funds to the company on timely basis. Providing TOT(Training of Trainers) as and when required. Preparation of all reports of the center for submission to ORMAS. Purchase of all items for the center. Providing funds to the center for smooth working of the center. Preparation of attendance of staffs and trainees at the center level. Preparation of pay slips for the staffs at the center level. Overall all queries of the staffs, trainees and the smooth functioning of the center on a daily basis was done and executed on a timely basis.
