Proactive. Dedicated. Positive. Incredible attention to detail. That's Swapnil. If I were a manager seeking a new team member, I would hire her in a heartbeat! My department really needed support when we were suddenly short-staffed, and Swapnil came through better than we could have imagined. It’s not easy to temporarily join a new team and ramp up your skills super quickly. I had the pleasure of working closely with her when she was temporarily "loaned" to my department at Amazon from her team and area of expertise. My task was to train her in several key activities performed by my department, and I barely needed to provide training. She caught on quickly and was absolutely wonderful! Swapnil is a very quick learner, patient with the trickiness of new tasks, and extremely diligent. She was not afraid to ask questions, all of which were well thought-out. She never waited to be told what to do; rather, she asked how she could help.
