Flash tank capacity calculation. • Quantity calculations & specs preparations for Painting & Insulation. • Preparation & checking of datasheets for various Mechanical items like Chimney, Silencers, expansion bellows, Radiators, Centrifugal separators for crude oil purification, pumps, strainer, valves, Pressure Reducing Systems. • Preparation & checking of datasheets for various Instruments like LT, FM, TT, PT, LG, PG TG and PLC based control system. • Preparation of material specifications as per API, ASTM & IS standards etc. • Checking of test certificates. • Project Scheduling, planning, and tracking activities in the project for Successfully Execution of project. • Careful Study of Technical & Commercial tender documents, understand requirements, Identification of technical specifications, Payment terms, Delivery schedule, GCCs & SCCs, taxes & duties. • Identification of approvals required from various regulatory bodies. • Identification of hidden specs &commercial terms& checks cost implication.
