      Here at Shaadi.com I deal with people of various community, Caste, Religion, Class,MT and help them find perfect Match. As Relationship Manager I Handle Premium and VIP members where I always have to be on my toes to cater their partner Requirements, Suggest them Matches, Counsel them and arrange their meet with various prospects. My Job here is to Suggest my Members' prospect's as per their preferences, Speak with the once they select, Convince the prospect about my Members profile to arrange conversations between them. Once Conversation done I follow up with the prospects my Member likes till the End result. And it is not done Yet! Besides Catering the partner Requirements of such Diversified Indian people, Counselling, Arranging meet there is one More tough part of the Job profile I Deal with, "RENEWALS". As shaadi is constitution of two individuals and their Families. It is not always possible in 3 months Membership to Finalise marriage although they had Paid good wholesome amount and If marriage would have fixed just like that people would have just paid money and got Married. We try our best to Finalise from our End but it depends on the opposite party as well. So here's the toughest part Renewal - wherein I had done my part very well in the company and Retained Several members completing my monthly targets. It way tough than a fresh Sale Because I am the one providing Service to them and if it does not work I had to convince them to Renew with the commitment of providing more efforts and hope that it will work the next time. Here I had learned to handle high end Clients with high end requirements wherein I had learned to handle Pressure more effectively and learned more about How to handle and deal with various people.
