My work involves analyzing problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate with site technicians and other Network Operations Centre, and track problems through resolution. When necessary, escalating problems to the appropriate stakeholders. Hands on experience on troubleshooting, testing and maintenance of LAN & WAN network. Hands on experience on routing protocols static and dynamic (EIGRP, BGP, RIPv2, OSPF), switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavor of STP) protocols. Monitoring and maintaining 100+ lease lines, 60+ point to point MPLs links. Understanding on IPsec, VPN, GRE, NAT/PAT over various platform. Strong information management ability, particularly MS excel extraction, pivoting, formulas. Dealing with enterprise clients understanding their requirement regarding services. Attending weekly meetings, make presentation in groups. For severe conditions that are impossible to anticipate, such as a power failure or a cut optical fiber cable, immediately contact technicians to remedy the problem. Strong and technical expertise on Cisco routers. SPOC for Service Provider in case of link failures or any network issues at customer end. Providing different types of services like L2vfi, IIL, sip trunk, CCTV, audio conferencing, video conferencing, business TV. Hands on experience – Switches (techroute, raiscom, cisco, rad) and Router (Cisco ASR 9922, 9010, 903, 920i, 920o) Coordinating with business and deployment team if needed.
