      1. To check that passages/voyages in the Fleet Manager (FM) software are up to date with respect to the veslink reports and the TC terms inputs at all times. 2. To inform the operators for approving the passages and ensure that they are verified, if not then reasons for the same. 3. Send messages to FM for adding the vessel in the pool and verifying that the added vessel is properly sending her reports. 4.
