I was brought on to ensure that the company grows in an efficient and effective way - working with the teams, the Directors and external partners to build a strong and responsive organisation, a global brand and a happy workforce.

  Starting it's life as an offline crowdfunding platform, JUXDIT quickly became known as 'The Real Life Crowd-Funding Company' because of our unique approach to fundraising. As firm believers of the power that comes from the community that surrounds small businesses, JUXDIT created a crowd-funding model with interaction and engagement at its core.Fast forward and JUXDIT is now a marketplace for emerging tech. After working with many entrepreneurs and their products, it became apparent that the gap between successfully launching an innovative tech product and getting into the hands of consumers around the globe, posed many problems. Our marketplace is currently in it's beta stage, with VR, Drones and Wearables from large brands on offer, over the coming months we will be launching a wide range of small brands from across the world, alongside luxury categories. With a core vision to not just sell products, but to build a community around the development and growth of emerging tech.

  I was one of two directors at Oddineers. As a director of the company I was in charge of the day to day running of the business, customer support and the management of projects, alongside maintaining my role as an online consultant and brand manager. I ensured that all of our clients were given excellent customer support, both when we were carrying out projects on their behalf, and afterwards. It was imperative, to us, that the experiences our customers had were smooth and simple; we took the complicated out of launching and maintaining their businesses online.
